The room is for someone in the health and wellness practices (Reiki, Esthetician, Acupuncture, Massage Therapist, etc.). The room will be your own business inside my business. The spa has a small waiting room, a bathroom. Water bottles, mints, candy etc. for the clients. The utilities are included. There is no front desk or receptionist, no internet or business phone to take your calls, Your clients will be your responsibility. The spa does not do groupons, livingsocial, promotions, and no walk-ins. Recommended for professionals who need a space to work for themselves, or who have an established clientele. Rent is below market rates.
